Kavouras Betting System – 4 Tier System

You’ve probably never heard of this system before due to its complexity. However, winning at roulette by applying the Kavouras betting system isn’t rocket science. Here are the main ideas behind this strategy:

  • A Kavouras bet includes 20 numbers – making the play less volatile and reducing the losing streaks
  • The numbers should be chaotically scattered around the wheel
  • Not all the 20 numbers are played with the same bet amount
  • Every win delivers a profit no matter how long the losing streak before
  • The betting amount is also varied and it doesn’t draw attention

It may sound tricky for now, but don’t panic just yet, it’s going to get simpler in a moment. While placing the 20 numbers you don’t need to follow patterns or anything like that. Just pick 20 roulette numbers on the table and always stick to the same numbers. Then, there’s the matter of how much to bet for each group of numbers:

  • 1 unit on the 0,1,2,3 corner – 1 unif in profit
  • 2 units on 31,32,33,34,35,36 – a double street bet that returns a profit of 4 units
  • 1 unit on 8-11, 13-14, 15-18, 17-20, and 27-39 splits – 8 units needed in total with a profit of 10 units per split

Applying this betting system means that you’ll have a profit of 1 unit in the worst-case scenario, but the maximum profit you can make on it is 10 units. The randomness and apparently-chaotic bet sequence make it very efficient and well-balanced.

Fibonacci System

Another roulette strategy to win is the one relying on the Fibonacci sequence to make a profit. The first thing you need to know about the Fibonacci system is that you should only use it in 2/1 bets – Odd/Even, Red/Black, or 1-18/19-36 that come with a roughly 50% odds of winning. The numbers in the sequence tell you how much your should bet for every hand. If it’s the first time trying out this roulette system, start with 1. The idea is to increase your bet size with the sum of the previous two bets in case the current wager loses and move back two steps if you hit a win. If this sounds a bit too complicated, we’ll show you an example:

Bet Value 1 1 2 3 5 2 3 5 2 3
Result Loss Loss Loss Loss Win Loss Loss Win Loss Win
Balance -1 -2 -4 -7 3 1 -2 8 6 12

As shown in the table above, even if out of 10 hands only 3 are winning ones, you’re still making a profit. However, applying this system requires a consistent balance in case of a longer losing streak than the one in the example. Also, there’s no change brought to the house edge so nothing to protect you from a big losing run.

D’Alembert Roulette System

Just like the Fibonacci System, this one is based on even bets and it could provide the best way to win at roulette since it’s quite simple to use and understand. First of all, you need to determine a bet unit and experts recommend that this value shouldn’t exceed 0,50% of your total balance. Once you’ve determined the bet unit, start placing wagers and always increase your bet after losing a hand while decreasing it when winning. The subtractions and additions to the bet amount are always kept at 1 unit.

Following this logic, if you start with a bet of 1 and win the first hand, you keep betting with 1 since you can’t bet 0. However, if you bet 1 and lose, the next bet should be 2. After that, if you lose again, bet 3 and only decrease the bet when you lose. If you use this system over 10 bets with a starting unit of 1, assuming you win hands 1,2,6, 9, and 10 and lose all others, you will profit 2 units.

Roulette Column Bets

While this system won’t give you the secret for how to always win roulette hands, it will surely help you get small and steady wins. There’s no specific betting scheme involved, you just have to pay attention and choose one of the three columns on the roulette table, depending on where the ball landed in the previous hand. So, let’s assume you placed a bet on the 1st column but the ball lands on the second one. The rule of probability tells you that for the next spin of the wheel chances are that the ball will either hit the 1st or 3rd column. You can place bets on both of them or simply pick just one. By repeating this system, you’ll see some patterns on where the dealer is most likely to land the ball and your winning chances will improve as you go.

Splitting the Roulette Wheel

If you’re looking for a secret recipe for how to win roulette every time, this is not it. It doesn’t involve fixed numbers or calculated odds so it’s best that only seasoned players try it. The idea behind this strategy is to split the roulette wheel into various parts where you feel the dealer is more likely to land the ball. In online roulette, you can use the bet history to try and determine a pattern. Splitting the wheel into bigger or smaller parts is totally up to you. However, keep in mind that the fewer numbers you include in your splits, the less likely it is that you will hit a win consistently.

Simple Roulette Betting Systems

If the above systems made you even more reluctant about trying them in a roulette game, don’t worry. It can feel that way, especially if you’re at the beginning of your casino adventure. Luckily, there are more straightforward ways to turn influence luck.

Martingale System

A betting strategy that applies to even-money bets as well, the Martingale system means starting with a low amount for the first bet and maintaining it until you lose a hand. When this happens, just double the size of your wager for the next hand. As soon as you hit the win, start over with the initial bet and keep repeating the sequence to make a profit. Just like with the Kavouras betting system, this one comes with the risk of running out of money pretty fast if you encounter a longer losing streak. It’s a lot more brutal compared to the previous ones as you always have to double the previous bet. So, if you lost on a €1, you’ll then place €2, followed by €4, €8, €16 … and so on. Unless you’re playing with a huge balance, running out of funds can happen rather quickly.

Six Line Progressive Bet

This one is rather simple. All you have to do is pick a six-line, or even a street bet, that you feel the dealer will hit more often. Similar to the Roulette Column bet, this one requires some observation first. So, if you have the chance to sit at a table and watch the numbers that a dealer most-frequently hit, it will give you some sort of advantage. Start with a small bet and mix it with a Martingale or Fibonacci progressive system to cover your losses. Keep in mind that you’ll need quite a consistent balance to play this bet for longer periods of time.

Betting on Dozens

Very similar to the roulette column bets strategy, betting on dozens also refers to placing your bet on groups of 12 numbers. It’s just the numbers that change in this scenario. So, instead of betting on the 1st column that contains 1,4,7,10,13,16,19,22,25,28,31, and 34, you will placing your chips on the 1st dozen – consecutive numbers from 1 to 12. Since the numbers are consecutive, it is believed that the winning chances are lower on the long run. However, it’s still a matter of randomness and there’s no perfect answer to how to win online roulette games
